Genuine vintage 1968 US Fender Telecaster Bass guitar neck. In all original condition. Maple with skunk strip. Clearly dated 28 Aug 68 C. 1 -3/4 inch at nut. Chunky C neck feel. Fender decal perfect. Truss rod turns both ways, and functions as it should. Frets have been dressed and polished. Lots of life left. No divots. Neck is straight, and played well with low to medium action. The back of the neck has some worn finish. Gives it the pool cuestick feel. Not sticky. Played for a reason.
This Tele bass neck, shows appropriate aging to the original finish, but clean overall. See the many photos. Weight is 1 lb., 10 ounces.
All in all, a super vintage find for your restoration or build.
