Elektron Digitone II is an advanced 16-track polyphonic FM synthesizer with a sequencer and a modular approach to workflow. It offers four unique synthesis machines, extensive modulation options, a wide selection of filters, and powerful performance features.

Digitone II introduces a new level of FM synthesis with four sound engines: Wavetone, Swarmer, FM Tone, and FM Drum, each with its own distinct character and deep sound-shaping capabilities. Its flexible architecture allows per-track filter selection, advanced routing, and versatile modulation with three LFOs per voice, ADSR or AHD envelopes, and assignable MIDI controllers.

The 128-step Elektron sequencer supports parameter locks per step, micro-timing, trigger conditions, Euclidean sequencing, and advanced note editing. Performance features such as the arpeggiator, polyphonic sequencing, four trigger modes, and Control All provide expressive live control. Built-in effects include delay, reverb, chorus, bit reduction, and overdrive—available both per voice and on the master.

Digitone II offers 16 voices, a large preset library, USB audio compatibility, and VESA mounting support. The package includes a PSU-3c power supply and a USB cable.
