Beautiful, and very rare Marshall head. Marshall’s premium UK-built recreation of the legendary original JTM45 circuit.
Very small production run in the hundreds, I believe. Purchased new in 2014, more as a collector piece than a player.
This is the sought-after 2245THW model featuring true hand-wired turret-board construction, Drake transformers, valve rectification, and the classic KT66-powered architecture that delivers the warm, dynamic tones that defined early British blues and rock.
Collector Grade condition. Less than 500 hours usage.
All original except for tubes. No additions or modifications. Installed a full set of NOS 1950s and 1960s GEC KT66s, GE 12AX7s and Mullard GZ34 vintage tubes at the time of purchase. This price includes a new stock set of current production tubes. The vintage set is optional.
