You are looking at a two-channel custom rack of vintage CADAC G320c preamps from the late 70s/early 80s! These are British-made and are in the same league as vintage Neve. The EQ is very musical and easy to dial in. This rackmount was serviced just a few years ago by the legendary Todd Wilson. (See attached invoice.)

If you need a top-tier channel strip with that late 70s/early 80s transformer-balanced sound, the buck stops here. A quick description would be “faster and cleaner than Neve, but thicker and more muscular than SSL.”

I’ve used a lot of vintage preamps and these are truly excellent. I’m selling only because I need the money. Buy with confidence because I pack very carefully! I will accept returns within one week of the receipt of the item in case anything is wrong.

Check out the video I posted of an artist I worked with comparing the CADAC to my vintage 1073!

NOTE: There were “EQ Out” XLR outputs and “Line In” XLR inputs installed on the back of the unit, but they are not actually operational, so the ”Mic Pre In” and “Line Out“ should be used instead. The “Mic Pre In” works with line level signals by setting the preamp gain to 0. The ”Mic Pre In” gives you the benefit of a transformer stage, anyhow!
