The Arturia KeyStep 37 mk2 is a compact MIDI controller and hardware sequencer built for modular, hardware synths and DAW setups alike.
It features a 37-note velocity-sensitive Slimkey keyboard with aftertouch, plus intuitive pitch and mod touch strips. Scale and Chord modes make it easy to explore new harmonic ideas quickly.
The polyphonic step sequencer and 16-mode arpeggiator allow you to build, chain and transform patterns on the fly. The Mutate function generates instant variations, while four assignable encoders provide hands-on control with minimal menu diving.
Connectivity includes USB-C MIDI, 5-pin MIDI DIN, sync I/O, pedal input and four CV outputs: Pitch, Gate, Mod 1 and Mod 2. Mod outputs can be assigned to velocity, aftertouch, mod wheel and more, making it a flexible bridge between MIDI and modular systems.
