Now available on consignment, a 1971 Martin D-28 acoustic guitar.

This particular example of a D-28 is in good condition for 55 years of age, having plenty of play wear however no cracks or repairs on the body. There is a hairline crack between the E tuners to note which is stable. The original frets show a fair amount of play wear, having been levelled in the past. The guitar plays well still with a medium action and a low bridge saddle, a neck set is recommended in the near future for optimum playability.

Sonically the guitar sounds as you would expect from a vintage D-28, having a loud full dreadnought tone with a flat-pick. A great sounding vintage Martin D-28!

Includes a modern hard case.
