These have just had new drivers installed, and the ear pads replaced! They sound great! I am selling to clear up some funds for both gear and some bills. The case has a dent on it from shipping, but the headphones are completely fine, look great, and function perfectly. Please let me know if you have any questions and i will do my best to answer them.

Directly from one of my emails with audeze:

"Thank you for providing that information. The seller listed is not one of our authorized dealers, and as such the serial number provided shows a production run of April 2022. Since those headphones are no longer under warranty there will be a $1500 charge (plus shipping if outside the US) to replace the drivers and earpads. This includes complete replacement of both drivers with our latest Fazor-equipped units with three years of warranty, and new black earpads with one year of warranty. 
 
Here's a recap of our warranty policy: We cover 3 years for the drivers and 1 year for the other parts of the headphones (Mobius, Maxwell and Penrose are 1 year on all parts). Warranty begins from the original date of purchase (if a receipt from an authorized dealer is provided), or the date of manufacture (without proof of purchase), or of last repair (if we have record of such). This is for factory defects only, not wear and tear or damage from use."

I am able to provide proof of driver replacement.
