DESCRIPTION

Start with 192 notes of polyphony, 256 editable sounds and 4 effects processors. Add the class-leading Advanced Hammer Action (AHA IV-E) and a new generation of superb sounds including the highly-respected Kawai EX Concert Grand Piano, and you begin to see the core elements that made the Kawai MP5 Professional Stage Piano one of the finest portable instruments for the performing stage or studio. The new AHA IV-E action featured “Acoustic Reaction” technology that added more resistance to each keystroke for greater dynamic control and expression. In the sound creation process, the Kawai EX Concert Grand was placed in an anechoic (echoless) chamber to provide the essence of pure grand piano tone for the MP5 digital piano.
