The Chena #443 is one of those guitars that feels special the moment you pick it up. With its Sunflower Black Burst finish and Onyx binding, it has a bold but tasteful look that is  striking without being flashy.

Built with a Tier 1 maple top over a mahogany body, and paired with a mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard, it’s made from woods chosen not just for tone, but for feel. It’s light too  at around 5.8 lbs (or 2.6kg)  which makes a real difference during longer sessions or gigs.

The Bare Knuckle Mule pickups give it a warm, open sound that responds really well to dynamics, whether you’re playing clean or pushing it a bit. The Mule humbuckers are designed to capture the character and clarity of the best late-'50s PAFs. They offer a wide dynamic range, with a clear, vocal tone that’s expressive at any volume. Built with vintage-correct materials  including Alnico IV magnets  they respond quickly in the low end, deliver warm mids, and keep the highs smooth and controlled. Whether you're playing clean or pushing into overdrive, they retain that unmistakable vintage feel with rich harmonic content and great touch sensitivity.
