Made in Japan in 1999, the MB98-70SD was the first Japanese iteration of the Mustang Bass and features a period correct Seymour Duncan Designed MB single coil pickup instead of the PJ system on more recent models. Compact alder body bolted to a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard (770mm scale length, 39mm nut width), it weighs 3.7kg's.
Good used condition as pictured with some basic wear from general use. Restrung and given a basic setup prior to listing so it plays and sounds great with a straight neck, oiled fretboard and polished frets.
