From the thunderous crack of a snare drum to the delicate intricacies of percussion, the Yamaha MZ101 delivers a realistic reproduction. The SM57 is a beloved classic, but the Yamaha truly puts it to shame even on voice in my experience.
Inside the grille, this microphone has been lovingly refurbished with a new foam. Additionally, the grille was brushed with isopropyl alcohol to clean it further. The body and grille on this microphone may have wear, but it is all cosmetic, nothing affects the performance.
