All Zeller double basses feature carved solid spruce front, maple back, sides and neck and amber gold varnish. They are fitted with an ebony fingerboard and tailpiece and full plate machines. All Zeller instruments are made with a high standard of workmanship with correct dimensions and thicknessing and offer outstanding quality and tone. They are ideal for student players and available in a range of sizes. (Outfits are also available with a padded rayon cover and good quality bow)"
