This is a stunning speaker grille cloth wrapped over strong 3/4" plywood with "mostly circular" baffles cut for three 8" speaker drivers. The circular parts are 7" in diameter and the speaker bolts are 7-3/4" across, center to center.
Outer dimensions are 26-1/2" x 17-1/2". Weighs a little more than ten lbs. Small nick to right side of front of wood trim (see photo); no damage to cloth observed.
You could build something really nice with this, and quickly!
