The EMG PX offers a similar tone to the original EMG P pickup but with more headroom.
The X Series pickup offers increased touch sensitivity and dynamic range, helping to bridge the gap between passive and active pickups. Because the PX utilizes ceramic magnets coupled with short, squat coils, the tone has brilliant high-end articulation, warmth, and incredible low end punch.
