The following issues have been identified:
- Some keycaps are missing
- The knob cap is missing
- The third white key from the left is unresponsive
- There are other keys with poor responsiveness, such as the configuration key ("COM").
This synthesizer powers on correctly and functions normally, aside from the issue mentioned above.
I was also able to successfully update the firmware to the latest version and perform a factory reset.
