Unfinished Basswood HxH RG body fits Ibanez (tm) RG and Jem Necks J2510

Listed is a precision CNCd,  replacement or project RG style 6 string guitar body. This body does not have a finish on it. It has been sanded to 220 grit.

Pickup Configuration.....Hum x Hum

Bridge Compatibility.....Original Ibanez Edge, Edge Pro or Lo Pro Edge. - Gotoh 1996T will fit with Ibanez bushings (or ask to have the stud holes deepened at time of purchase for the Gotoh bushings). Note: no other bridge will fit without a qualified technician or a luthier's help. An original Floyd Rose Trem will NOT fit.

Neck compatibility.......Cut to have a snug fit with 24 fret, 25.5" scale, Japanese spec, 56mm heel width, AANJ necks (any of my 6 string AANJ necks I have listed on ebay will work as well).  57 and 58mm necks will require fitting work.  If you do not have the resources to open up the neck pocket it is absolutely critical that you take the time to accurately measure your neck heel width.  If you can not accurately measure your neck you should assume that your neck is on the larger side of tolerance and be prepared to have a qualified technician perform fitting work.

No neck, pickups, or trem is included with the body.

Includes complimentary cavity covers (either clear or matte black).  The body will default ship with  clear covers.  If you would prefer  black covers, you must message us immediately after ordering.  If we do not get a message that you would prefer black covers, it will ship with  clear covers.
