A fuzz pedal from D.A.M. (Differential Audio Manifestationz), a brand known for turning out high-quality pedals that fuzz enthusiasts rave about. This unit is built around three germanium transistors, with every part carefully selected and hand-assembled into a true gem. Even at high gain there's no unpleasant breakup - true to its name, it delivers a "greasy," thick, natural fuzz tone. Overwhelming gain and dense low-mids blur the line between fuzz and distortion, producing a wall of sound that shakes the amp. Even single notes retain a heavy, substantial pressure and rich sustain, while responding remarkably well to picking nuance and your guitar's volume control - a pedal that's simultaneously ferocious and expressive. It also works well as a booster, opening up a wide range of uses. Built in 2012, this is a rare unit, serial #058.
