The BOSS BF-3 Flanger takes the classic BOSS flanger concept and expands it with a much wider range of sounds, from traditional sweeping modulation through deep jet-style flange and more extreme modern effects.

This example dates to 2003 and features separate guitar and bass inputs, stereo outputs, tap-tempo control and four operating modes including Ultra, Standard, Gate/Pan and Momentary.
